Battery thickness measurement solutions for new energy companies.
With the general promotion of new energy vehicles at home and abroad, the quality control of new energy enterprises on automotive power batteries, soft pack batteries, aluminum shell batteries and other products has also been gradually improved. For example, they asked the quality department to quickly and accurately measure the thickness of the battery under specific pressure.
In order to meet the needs of customers in the new energy industry, Chengli has specially developed a series of PPG battery thickness gauges.
Our latest generation PPG thickness gauge overcomes the problems of unstable pressure, poor adjustment of the parallelism of the splint, and low measurement accuracy when measuring the thickness of the pouch battery. Not only the measurement speed is fast, the pressure is stable, and the pressure value can be adjusted, but the measurement accuracy and stability are also greatly improved.
It has three measurement methods: 1. Press the mechanical button with both hands to measure; 2. Press the ENTER key on the keyboard to measure; 3. Click the software measurement icon to measure with the mouse. Any of the above operation methods can realize fast measurement, which greatly improves the battery measurement efficiency of new energy customers.
